The challenge

Turn raw bank and ERP transactions into books a bookkeeper trusts.

Bookkeepers spend their time matching transactions to accounts. Delo needed to do the matching with an LLM, keep every customer's data separate, and put the result back in the ERP the customer already uses.

The solution

A platform, a bookkeeping engine and a document service.

A platform service manages organisations, users and ERP connections. A bookkeeping service handles ingestion, categorisation and write back. React front ends share a component library, and a document intelligence service handles OCR and extraction.
